TaiRoGa is designed for busy people who want to get their aerobic workout and also have time for yoga or tai chi - in just one hour. TaiRoGa focuses on moderate exercises & calisthenics, concentrating on safety for back and joints, while building balance, postural alignment, flexibility, and strength. This unique, interesting and fun aerobic workout incorporates a tai chi warm up and yoga cool down.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Nancy Calkins designed TaiRoGa with the belief that everyone can benefit from practicing the basics of aerobics, yoga, and tai chi. All three exercises can be enjoyed for a lifetime of fitness. Nancy is an RYT-200 yoga instructor certified through Yoga Alliance and Triad Yoga Institute. She is certified in YMCA group exercise, Silver Sneakers, and practices tai chi with Sifu Eric Reiss of Silk Tiger School and social dance with instructor Tim Saunders.
