Wish you had time to do aerobics and yoga or tai chi? Now you can enjoy TaiRoGa® and experience all three in just one hour. This fun exercise class focuses on heart health as well as balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation, and it is enjoyable for men and women.
TaiRoGa® draws on three diverse but equally important exercise disciplines to create one amazing and super fun workout!
Each class begins with a moderate tai chi warm up, an energizing aerobics routine, and a relaxing yoga cool down. (We like to say, TaiRoGa® is a workout and a nap!)
TaiRoGa® classes are tailored to the needs of the participants and can be as challenging as you want, while remaining accessible for everyone. Nancy is a skilled instructor and is able to step the class up or down as needed, providing modifications for those who need it.
But the best part about TaiRoGa® is the happy feeling you get moving your body while listening to fun, upbeat music! TaiRoGa® will delight you as it feels like play rather than a "work" out. The playlist is always changing and features classic and current hits. TaiRoGa® gets you in shape, brightens your day, and pumps up your mood!
