ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Nancy Calkins designed TaiRoGa® with the belief that exercise should be fun and more like play than a "work" out. Everyone can benefit from practicing the basics of aerobics, yoga, and tai chi, and all three exercises can be enjoyed for a lifetime of fitness. Most people don't have time to practice all three types of exercise, so Nancy combined them into one hour of TaiRoGa®!
Nancy is certified in Yoga (RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance and Triad Yoga Institute) Group Exercise (YMCA), Pilates (IFTA), Personal Training (WITS), Silver Sneakers®, TaiRoGa®, practices tai chi with Sifu Eric Reiss of Silk Tiger School and social dance with instructor Tim Saunders, and also teaches line dance.
